In the end it wouldn't have been Sylvanas who pulled the trigger, but the Horde still destroy Ashenvale and Darkshore on their way there, murdering spirits and living trees, slaughtering Furbolgs and Night Elven civilians. To pretend she doesn't have 99% culpability is silly.

Finishing off the Horde or forcing them into the Alliance would instill mistrust still. I personally think it'll be resolved between Baine and Anduin establishing some rules between their factions.
