Elizondo stated UAP observables technology is only 50-1,000 years more advanced than current tech?in our *public domain. Human Classified tech is rumored to be 40-50 years more advanced. True "alien" tech would be hundreds of thousands(millions?billions?) of years more advanced.

Its what we would interpret to be 1000 years more advanced based on our current advancements now. What happens when you hit a peak or youve made the most of your advancements and cant go any further? 1000 years is just a guess in my opinion.

A rediculously low numerical guess based on the age of the universe. A guess that coincides with humans technological trajectory.

It does not at all narrow the scope of this to humans, although I am VERY open to the idea of the private sector making a breakthrough somewhere considering my great grandpa's inventions and we're nobodies. So imagine some other people put there
