Its what we would interpret to be 1000 years more advanced based on our current advancements now. What happens when you hit a peak or youve made the most of your advancements and cant go any further? 1000 years is just a guess in my opinion.
Current knowledge is no where near a "peak" IMO, complete technocratic omnipotence is millions of years if not excessively more out of our current reach.
