I feel Erik Bard has the best approach of observational rather than confrontational methodology. He prefers to inject as little noise as possible into the equation. I also am a supporter of Terry Sherman's "deer hunter" techniques. Patience, stealth, long nights, & utter silence

It's funny that there are arguments at opposite ends-- quiet observation vs provoking. Speaking of that, in the episode last season, the alpaca one, what did you make of the animals that attacked them (& the pen camera that failed)? They were described as dog-like but not dogs.
