Thanks for input.
I think the lack of engagement from the scientists, is a pretty important data point, that nobody really talks about

Lack of engagement from the scientists? What time period are you talking about? NIDS or BAASS?

If u scroll up, Bartel answers regarding BAASS era, and Skinner gives us “Chip’s” info during NIDS. I’ve also heard from atleast 2 other sources, that scientists working for Big scarcely/never visited.

We know hardly anything about what BAASS did the during AAWSAP period (except for the $500,000+ spent on the DIRDS) so any conclusions at this point are extremely premature.

I’m not sure how that negates the lack of presence, NIDS thru 2016? Anyways, just 1 data point out of many, that I think is important and overlooked.

Chip made claims about the lack of scientists (except Davis, occasionally) during the NIDS era. Folks can read Knapp/Kelleher's HFTS and watch the HFTS Corbell doc to get a feel for if Chip's claims are credible.

True, as someone who’s been looking into the Ranch forever, I find him very credible. Most notably, he was first to share the fact that Ranch employees were receiving government funding, which was quite a bomb to drop, many years prior to the NYT expose.

I don't find him credible at all when it comes to what scientists were there during the NIDS era.

I've heard that there's a TON of work/investigating AAWSAP did (not necessarily on the ranch) that we haven't heard about, yet. Hope we get access to whatever data they collected but I don't see that happening any time soon.
