Correct. Is it a possibility? Of course, ive been working for the government for almost 23years now. Most of that time in special projects and from those previous experiences I don't have any hard evidence to back up that claim when it comes to "weapons testing" and SWR.
Like ive said before IMO the ranch is Ancient Native Hollowed grounds & some of the negative blowback that happens there could be the result of trespassing on those sacred grounds.
