I spoke to the Shermans, the previous owners of Skinwalker Ranch. They told me that the Meyers built the origional concrete bunker(?) in basement. They were as confused as we are as to why. They also confirmed they too heard strange sounds and knocks coming from the basement...

Wasn't there just one pipe somewhat high on a vertical wall? If it was a cistern, how would the water be drained out for use?
it is a cistern i have confirmed with the shermans and a friend of the myers
