bought for around 200k and the **rumor is sold for 4.5 million. At the moment it is a rumor, i have been unable to verify the original source of that rumored amount. Nor has anyone directly associated with the Ranch made a clear statement on public record regarding the amount.

Yes knapp stated publicly and told me in private he was given the opportunity to purchase the property. I have no idea how wealthy Knapp is, i remember him saying he had the funds but it was draining, and his wife was not supportive. So 4.5 million?...really? The rumor inflates
