I spoke to the Shermans, the previous owners of Skinwalker Ranch. They told me that the Meyers built the origional concrete bunker(?) in basement. They were as confused as we are as to why. They also confirmed they too heard strange sounds and knocks coming from the basement...

So the Meyers had possibly got some weird ‘animal’ they thought was evil and burnt it, but then why bury it under the house?
