I spoke to the Shermans, the previous owners of Skinwalker Ranch. They told me that the Meyers built the origional concrete bunker(?) in basement. They were as confused as we are as to why. They also confirmed they too heard strange sounds and knocks coming from the basement...

All the Meyers have said repeatedly that nothing strange happened while they were there and said the no digging on the deed came from retaining the underground oil rights. This is what’s reported atleast?
only the brother of deceased kenneth meyers, who never even lived on the ranch, who was a very religious priest in LDS church, made that claim. This was just his biased opinion....
