I spoke to the Shermans, the previous owners of Skinwalker Ranch. They told me that the Meyers built the origional concrete bunker(?) in basement. They were as confused as we are as to why. They also confirmed they too heard strange sounds and knocks coming from the basement...

All you have to do is pull up a few floor boards on the first floor and drop into that space. I really don’t get the mystery the show is trying to present with this.
