i am nervous as hell, hate seeing myself on tv! But I always always have fun with it and feel absolutely BLESSED to be allowed to share my story and thoughts. Maybe it will awaken or inspire others in some fashion...

Try not to be nervous about seeing yourself on tv. You are being yourself and not trying to please anyone. You are in control of how you feel.
