I believe Knapp states this in 2018 as well in a Phenomenon Radio program. He mentioned what constitutes “AATIP” may have existed for a very long time.

I do not know the answer to that, yet. I can only make *assumptions regarding that topic. That prior/current group is a under a S.A.P. and very little leaks out. Consequences include "accidental" deaths, imprisonment, or random house fires...
