If this tech exists and was rolled out tomorrow can you imagine what would happen to the stocks of Boeing and Airbus? Also what would happen if Russia and China then developed the same tech without the West having a counter-tictac defence?
would be universally devestating, why it takes a 40 year+ slow rollout process for the public and corporations to transition to the implications of such a dramatic leap. Just my opinion on the matter only...
