Not accurate. The sun should wobble more from the gravitational pull of planets, esp Jupiter.

While I agree that is what's happening, I do think a certain amount of accuracy should be expected from a scientific illustration 🤷♂️ Doesn't seem an unreasonable expectation.

How is that a "scientific illustration"? The dude who made this had one source, which isn't even of someone who knows what they are talking about
