I have checked my entire email account the last email from youtube creators is received in 6 march, I do not have any filters set up so that is not problem. Please help me in order to receive the emails again. Thank you. Hope to hear from you soon.

3 months have past, and when I sent the report to reevaluate my account for monetization I should receive and answer in maximum 30 days. So please resolve this.

Please define "soon" because as I told you,3 months have past, when on my application to start my monetization my channel it told me that in 30 days I should receive and answer. And please STOP giving me general answers and respond to the point.

If you cannot resolve this escalate it to a higher level of customer service or give me an email from a manager or a team leader who can help me, because this is taking to much time. Please resolve my issue ASAP.
