You give so much importance about what is around you during these game and lost the focus you need to step up again. You have nothing to prove in HL, if your mind understand this fact you will get back your old level realy fast. That's all about mind
Also, im not sure about i will say, but you must not judge any player on your game from what they did in the past. Judge them from what they do in the moment, you are going to take less importance about them
