I am due to be to work in an hour, yet I am sitting in the bathroom wrestling with my perpetual agoraphobia, severe anxiety, lethargy, and dread. Getting to work is a fucking battle. I have to swallow the issues whole and face a very unsympathetic world. Everything aches.
Do you let it pass or do you have a remedy that helps it fade away faster? Asking for myself.
