Then automatic filters should be more discriminatory before being put into use. You don't release alpha content calling it the finished product (which is how YouTube tries to sell it's content flagging algorithm as to advertisers).

I understand why though, if it's banned even though you're talking about it while showing it, it can be striked, it's like showing porn on YouTube is banned so therefore showing and talking about it can easily get you striked
