Picked up A Life Lived Remotely from and even just a few chapters in I’m seeing so many parallels with my own career and stresses of working for myself from a space that was previously my home. No longer feel so alone in these feelings and doubts!

After living life remotely since about 1996, working for the most part at a megacorp hat didn't like it, and now reading 's A Life Lived Remotely, all i can say is that if you do remote work and think of the impact on you and the world's environments, read it. +1.

Now that we're 6 months in, it's well worth (re-)visting the excellent "A Life Lived Remotely" by about the extended challenges of remote work... so highly recommended I actually wrote a review (rare for me)

Is there a better word set for manager/ report? I find it wierd calling my reports, reports. All I can think of is written reports, and I don't see it that way. What words do others use at work to describe the manager and the people they support relationship?

Boris Johnson's coronation as Tory leader and Prime Minister is a sad indictment of the state of modern Britain. Even after a career marked by incompetence, lies and vanity, if you have been to the right school and university, you can get the top job in the country.
