For all we know, her store was looted by those white out of town folks caught on video looting stores. The store owner does not know who looted her store and should not assume it was someone connected to a specific group like BLM without proof.

Alleged black looters ≠ BLM. Also, racial identities in the US were created by white people. Africans didn’t call themselves “negroes,” the slavers did. Doesn’t make sense to now, 400 years later, complain that people have embraced the identities that were forced upon them.
