JUMP (Janked Up Mario Party) is a common recommendation among kaizo and non-kaizo players alike. It's a huge hack but it's well done and I highly recommend it.

SMW2+3: The Essence Star was a good one from what I remember Just one issue, apparently it crashes on later version of Snes9x. A lot of old ROM hacks with custom music tends to crash on later versions of Snes9x because old AddMusic was... weird :v

Super Mario Infinity 1 and 2 were some of my favorites when I was a kid, too... but I'll be 100% honest, those two hacks have not aged well 'w'; I went back to them recently and god damn. If anything, you could give Super Demo World: The Legend Continues a try, too.
