That's not twitches rule. They punish their partners for streaming on other sites whether they are multi streaming or not. There are reports on reddit almost every day of the shady stuff going on at twitch. You only need to spend 15 minutes in irl to see their priorities.
Hi. There is only a rule against multi-streaming the same content that you are also streaming on Twitch. You are allowed to stream on other websites as a partner.

I've seen contracts that prevent you from streaming any gaming related content on another platform. Twitch has said that this is the "typical" contract but I'd love to know if your contract is different.pic.twitter.com/jCh8oo2Uv8

If this is now the case, a lot has changed since I became a partner in 2013. I have discussed this with Staff before and it's been allowed as long as it's not a multi-stream.
