Couple things to startup Youtubers today. #1 - Every Youtuber starts at 0. EVERY SINGLE ONE. #2 - 4000 Hours a month literally equals 100 bucks a YEAR. A YEAR. You ain't losing anything. If you're not willing to put in the work it takes, then this isn't for you, which is OK.
The issue comes from the fact that YouTube quite rarely ever recommends videos that are unmonetized. The money is irrelevant. The giant wall preventing new content creators to break out without external viral help is the issue. The system is quite bad.
