The ideal is to buy the pcb arcade but they are expensive af, https://youtu.be/bKawg0jj1X4 check this video, it explain how to play TGM1-3 on PC with a minor input lag. You need an arcade stick because playing with keyboard is horrible.

Playing on PC is the way to go if you can find one of the downloads floating around the web. The legit game runs off of a taito X series pc, which is relatively inexpensive, but the TGM3 HDD is pretty
$cash$money$ if you can even find one. There's some overseas... -
Distributors that you can contact online and specifically ask if they have one available, but you're still going to be paying some $$$. There's also some multi-boot HDDs floating around online (Like a multicart basically) that can be relatively inexpensive
