      As of right now, it's long term effect will be removing thousands of dollars from Partnered streamers, some of who do this for a living

      Full time streamers are not going to be sent to the bread lines because of the affiliate program.

      And you're right. But it's impact on any individual streamer doesn't change the fact that these bits people paid for to donate go nowhere.
