Has nothing to do with me. There will be a ton of bits that don't get paid to anyone. No one will receive revenue for them.

I would think those bits would get wrapped back up in plastic, tossed back into the new pile to be paid for again by us. Not left to die.

If the affiliate doesn't reach $100 total, any bits they received will stay in limbo forever. No one will get paid for those purcahsed bits
