That's what I've said. The impact can not be measured but that doesn't change that there will be a significant amount that don't get paidout

True, but there's no reason for those people to accept it in the first place (yet). They'd be better off advertising a donation link.

If it were a system that was forced upon people who met the requirements, I'd agree with you, but since it's not, it's really only a benefit
