Great insight, and I agree that some casters may never receive their payout, but how does this make affiliate more harm than good?
As of right now, it's long term effect will be removing thousands of dollars from Partnered streamers, some of who do this for a living

I'm okay with how it is now, but it doesn't change the negative side effect, you know? If the threshold was higher, impact would be lower.

You also have not read the Bit policy. After about 6 months time, you can arrange to get that amount of bits transferred to your bank
