My 2 cents:Unfortunate but you know what's best for you. Taking the fb deal was an oppurtunity you got and you took it. I'm so happy for you. And I'm sure like most people we didn't come for a twitch checkmark but instead for "2 Hour Bljs"/ "a better idea". Keep rocking Simple!

That's kinda sad. But I guess I get it. I do hope you still stream stuff like competition hacks on Twitch since I have no interest in creating a Facebook account just to interact with your streams. Do always enjoy the YouTube highlights!

I would not stream stuff like that on Facebook because we need the voting power that the Twitch audience offers.

You do whatever keeps you and your family safe and happy. Just let people know where you are and those that care will follow. Just have to get creative to alert all the usual twitch viewers i guess.

I mean I have been streaming on Facebook since September - I was just also streaming on Twitch (none of this was a secret) Still plan to continue to stream on Twitch though :p

Silver lining, if you’re no longer a partner, you could multistream to facebook and your vod channel on Youtube, couldn’t you?

I could multistream twitch and YouTube, but not Facebook as that'd go against that contract. I'm not interested in multi-streaming though to be fair.

I'll just say that taking the Facebook deal was 100% not greed, as evidenced by both the increase in YT quality thanks to being able to pay for more editing, and giving back to the community through the hack competitions. If you open another avenue of support, please let us know.
