depends on the type of egg. using chicken eggs, they need to be kept at 99.5 degrees to hatch, so the mouth at 98.6 is not warm enough. the butthole however.....

At first, I thought the egg would take too long to gestate and you'd starve to death, but then I realized that you can get your nutrients via liquids. Although does the egg have to be in your mouth for that whole period, or just at the end?
