Do you alter the blue light balance on your screens before you try and sleep? I assume you probably do, but figured I'd check.

If you’re able to see a sleep specialist or do a sleep study I highly recommend it, I went from waking up five times a night and getting horrible sleep to getting a solid 8 hours after getting a C-pap

It may be a circulation problem. A c-path machine would be helpful in situations like that.

Other than that limit caffeine and time on bed before sleep and blue light use from electronics for at least an hour before bed
