Im not joking, try buying benedryl tablets the pink ones. Those thing will knock you out and arent addictive or have any bad side effects other than your eyes being a little dry in the morning. They really helped me.

I used to take melatonin gummies before bed and the recommended amount was 2 and at one point I was eating ~8 and it never really helped lol. I know the struggle.

Try the ones that you stick under your tongue and slowly dissolve over 5 or so minutes. Those work great for me.

For what it's worth, I've found a bit of B6 and B12 to be more effective, for me, than melatonin.
