I'd appreciate multiple audio tracks on YouTube - allow us to dub our videos, not just sub. Would allow let's plays with or without commentary, channels can give audio commentary on their videos, dubbed translations... Lots of possibility.

It may be easy with videos since there is a defined beginning and end, but with livestreams and buffering it may have issues staying reliably synced with the other tracks. Maybe it can go by the streamers' time being live or something like that.

I'm not super familiar with streaming protocols but I'd guess that keeping 1 video and 1 audio track in sync is as easy as keeping 1 video and n audio tracks in sync

In terms of song requests, some streams do this now through a stream extension, which helps by not putting the copyrighted content on the stream, preventing DMCA issues, AND you can turn it off.

It still helps to have it as part of the RTMP stream as that can also be written to disk as it was transmitted for local recordings, since it helps sync it up for the parts that can be used and it is non-trivial to sync the history of an extension up w/ a video file.
