Yeah that's just not how it works. People who approve emotes for affiliates approve tons in a day, it's easy to overlook things, and considering the emote itself may be hard to tell in smaller sizes. YOU are at fault if you try to pass a TOS breaking emote.

The blame is on the user for being an idiot if they do this intentionnally, but that doesnt mean the service is scott free since the ability to do it doesnt exist without them. If they actively approve it, than that means its under scrutiny. Its their fault if that scrutiny fails
