I would try switching the sata cable/where it's plugged into until it works. Might not work, but it's all I got. Is this the new computer

Not the new computer, have tried this with different sata cables and power cables and have isolated it to an SSD issue

Keep on tapping f8 on start up, go to the repair windows option, and repair to an earlier point. Same shit happened with my version of Windows 7 and this was the solution. Possibly caused by a recent windows update
