is streaming on youtube considered ban evasion at all? im not partnered with twitch so i'm not contracted to only stream on twitch. I'm just bored out of my fkn mind and want to stream tbh

For the record, partnered Twitch streamers can also stream on YouTube. You just can't stream on Twitch and another platform simultaneously as you offer them 24 hour exclusive rights to live content.

I'm not partnered on twitch so this doesn't pertain to me currently, but I did stream on Facebook for about a year while partnered with twitch. I was under this impression, but still got emailed by twitch legal about it last year, was pretty much a cease and desist email.

I was contracted with FB so I continued the contract while twitch terminated my contract with them. Maybe the cease and desist was a ploy by twitch to try and get me to come back over to their platform, or maybe I had signed one of the new contracts, as there is an old and

I can't speak to the legality of signing another exclusion contract with another company but streaming elsewhere is perfectly non-breaching within the confines of the Twitch Partner contract.
