      By the 15th, you get paid 15 days after the month now instead of 45, so basically your revenue is pushed forward a month

      no, it just takes less time for you to get money, they used to payout on the 1st of every month, and that payment would reach your bank account before 45 days had past (aka they do it at the last day). Now you get it 15 days after the end of the month

      Because people got 2 months of pay in 1 month instead of 1. Not hard to understand why that's exciting for a lot of people lol.
