Even if you've benefited from it, it doesn't change the fact that it is a copyright infringement if they don't ask permission
And if that happens to infringes many community members rights - that's okay as long as some people are succeeding. I understand where your morals are - don't worry about it.

I 100% understand your side and why you benefited from it and enjoyed what it was doing as a channel/community. I also 100% know that your personal pleasant experience does not outweigh the right's that were infringed and you're being incredibly selfish to defend this practice.
