      This is how I feel at least. Most people feel the opposite way and I'm gonna get hate for that. But this whole thing is dumb. Since when did simpleflips become a cod speedrunner? Communities just have different ways of modding their boards.

      The logical conclusion of your argument is that any leaderboard policy is fair game and nobody should be able to call out bullshit. Guess I’d better specify that the games I mod MUST be played on my own copy, because I know it’s unmodified!

      Sorry, I should've specified. This rule isn't bullshit. I wouldn't want playthroughs on my leaderboards. The mod does have a point, it's called http://speedrun.com  for a reason. Don't give me the excuse that it's their first run and they wanna see how much they improved...

      The logic behind the rule was good, but the implementation of the rule was awful. Being arbitrarily close enough to world record to be allowed is not at all the same thing as denying non-speedruns on the leaderboard.
