What emulator are you using? If you're using ZSNES, you can disable each individual Music Channel as you please.
This doesn't give me the desired solution. It cuts out the sound effects I'd like to preserve.

Hm. I'm not really sure what else you can do, beyond going into Lunar Magic and disabling the music manually. But that'd be a complicated, not to mention long, job. l'm sorry l couldn't be more help.

l've just had a look through the old SMW Central forums, and yeah, it doesn't seem like there's a way to only disable the music. Sorry man. :/
