Isn't the idea that the payout comes after? That's a normal practice and the guy has paid out after a couple times before. This seems a little bit hasty and overzealous.
The payout can and usually should come after. Doesn't mean you can't have legal documentation created beforehand?

I was saying the op might be reacting hastily not you. Documentation should always be requested and required prior to doing business for the sakes of both parties. I just think to start saying don't work with someone so quickly and broadcasting it on social media is questionable
