Because people overestimate how much value their "Exposure" carries, and how much "Exposure" is worth in the first place. Inflated self worth is a hell of a drug.
Exposure is worth a lot, but not in this case at all lmao. Especially in a community where everyone already knows the dude because he's getting exposure from actual relevant people.

I'm not downplaying exposure. But these are always people who think that exposure is all that matters and they're too good to pay for a product. It's more than a little pretentious imo. You cant go in expecting an intangible concept to be your sole form of compensation.
