I'm sure you'll be happy to spell out precisely what the limits of that field are & why a sociologist doesn't get to step outside them; when you're done please then explain what your Communication Science MSc limits *you* to speaking about.

I am of the opinion you should stick to your own expertise and not make epidemiological or medical statements if you have an audience of millions especially not during a crisis. As an academic influencer you have an accountabilty to your audience which I have not.

with an MSc in Communication Science and 23 followers, you go against an accomplished prof., writer, author, w/ a 341.5k following. really?! bother to even google this person?
-
Maybe that's what one learns in some communication science course? To make a fuzz and gather a few new followers that way?

Dude, seriously, your timeline is full of pandemic commentary — and you have an MA in Communication. Are you crazy?
-
Well I do not have a column in the NY Times with an audience of millions. Such an audience comes with an accountability.
