Almost six months on, this video is worth another boost. It’s still one of the best things the media has produced on vaping — an honest account of the risks without losing sight of the substantial public health gains that accrue when smokers are permitted to make the switch.

I've just followed a number of AAP journalists that have been made redundant because I've been touched by their camaraderie. It's a small gesture but I'm looking forward to seeing what they achieve next.

Can I make this plea: many of the finest journalists I have ever worked with are now looking for jobs. You can tell they are quality because they have the letters AAP on their CVs. Please hire them. They will work hard and deliver every day with good humour and enormous energy.
