I’m not missing the point. If a creator is falsely flagged 99% of the time, especially a huge creator that has been on the platform since the beginning, screwing them over for 50-80% of their revenue in the 1% chance that something isn’t ad friendly is f’d up. Period.
To make any content they wish and not have to delay their videos while the content is checked. You either tailor content to be fully family safe or if you want to make content that is on certain subjects you have to find advertisers directly. You can’t have both

I'm asking for change. Something fair for all parties. I'm not a lawyer, PR expert, advertiser or content creator. I don't have a concrete answer. I just see that the system we have now is unbalanced and should be corrected. I do have some ideas if you're interested.

If there was a viable change YT would have made it. YT lose out more than the creators do by not being able to serve ads on all videos.
