I wrote and presented this for the 2010 25th anniversary of Welles’s death. It got rather lost in the Christmas schedule but is not I think & hope without interest. Shows next Weds and thereafter on BBC i-Player. Let me know what you think

Can’t believe this is almost ten years ago. I remember this documentary having a great production assistant on it. Can’t recall his name but some called him the Orson Welles of getting coffee.

That nonpareil coffee maker withdrew to the West country to plot an algorithmic takeover of the moving picture industry. Complex and sometimes contradictory reports are emerging from the attempt but I have faith. All hail Dormehl
