    How an earth can this be a response to a climate emergency? It is as if they didn't notice the Antarctic melting or Australia on fire. Enough! Please ensure your money (savings, investments, pensions) are not invested in fossil fuels. Let's not let them get away with this!

    Pitiful investment in renewables by oil majors. They either pivot away from fossil fuels, go out of business as their assets become stranded or we have unacceptable climate change. Need to divest from corps who put us on the latter path

    As someone who largely dresses in second-hand clothes, I couldn’t agree more. If we are going to tackle this we have to end our throw-away culture. Mend, fix and repair. Buy secondhand. Swap with your neighbours. Buy less stuff.
