    Another example that we will miss things more with just telephone consultations. If in doubt or unusual presentation we should get them in for a face to face. Multiple experience where my mental image from telephone conversation was vastly different to what I saw in person.

    I see too many endurance athletes working on static core work when in essence we are always striving to have dynamic control and strength. This little circuit looks to work in the ways we want specifically.

    The kneecap usually slides in a groove at the end of the thighbone. Sometimes, the patella can slip out of place (dislocate). This ligament - the medial patellofemoral ligament - is the most important structure to avoid this. (Video via )

    Foot ER & dynamic valgus at hip/knee upon landing. A textbook mechanism of ACL injury, yet the player bounces up and plays on! I find it amazing how easily some athletes can tear their ACL, yet bounce back up after a fall like this! The human body continues to intrigue me..
