Am I really going to be punished for an honest mistake of a rendering error? I didn't even publish the video with the mistake! It's ridiculous that you will punish content creators who make simple mistakes like this one. @YouTube #YouTuberspic.twitter.com/vKYACt4Smb

Losing faith that
@TeamYouTube is going to help me look into this. I was at least hoping for an email to explain what I did wrong so I don't do it in the future. I'm still being punished for an honest mistake of uploading a blank video to unlisted. My appeal was rejected, idk why2 replies 0 retweets 2 likesShow this thread -

Common YT Best practices: always upload videos as private drafts. You avoid any possible content removal, but the bots flag your stuff and you’ll know if there’s something wrong without any repercussions Sorry this happened to you

The fact that it doesn't work the same as unlisted is pretty ridiculous as well. I already changed it to private. The fact I can't get the attention of
@TeamYouTube or anyone else to help figure out the issue is my problem. This a horrible experience to go through1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes -

Unlisted: it’s public but won’t show up on searches. Unlisted content still shows up on your channel if someone checks out your latest uploads Private: it’s not available to anyone else

Only people with links. I send the link sometimes for people to watch it before I release it. That is why I uploaded unlisted before. Unlisted is essentially another form of a private video but slightly more lose since it only looks at the link.pic.twitter.com/fQWIPSyt3j

Well that is weird. Because whenever I’d finish livestreaming my stream VoD was set to be stored as unlisted, so I can edit it for later time and publish a shorter version of it. but people were still able to see it and comment on it
even tho there was no link. Bug?1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
It's probably because it's a live stream. It's like the same as a playlist - it's already been made public so it stays public unless you turn it private.
